Special Board of Directors meeting for Budget adoption

Pursuant to changes in State law regulating the operation of homeowners associations, it is necessary that the 2011 Blakeslee operating and reserve budget be adopted at an open meeting, no sooner than 30 days following preparation of the budget.
The Blakeslee Board of Directors met on November 27, 2010 to develop the budget for 2011.  This budget holds dues without increase for the third year in a row.  The most significant change in the Proposed 2011 Blakeslee budget is the reallocation of reserve funds to allow for continued maintenance of our community roads.  This will not impact HOA dues.
The Blakeslee Board of Directors will meet on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 9:30 am, at the Community Building, for the purpose of adopting the 2011 Operating and Reserve Budget.  All Blakeslee property owners are welcome to attend this meeting.
All property owners have been mailed notice of this meeting, along with a copy of the Proposed 2011 budget.  Those documents are also available on our Blakeslee web page.
